Site meeting representation with the client representative.
Compilation of monthly contractor’s reports, updated programmes, photographic surveys of works completed.
Sub-contractor meetings to assess progress and variation requirements etc.
Implementing all necessary health & safety conditions in compliance with the law.
Assisting the main contractor to compile a realistic programme of the works.
Regularly updating the programme of the works, taking into account variations, weather events, etc.
Assisting the main contractor in claiming legitimate variations to the contract.
Compilation of final accounts.
Co-ordination of main contractor and sub-contractors.
